BodyFitCairo is the first studio in Cairo dedicated to Pilates, Spinning® and Yoga. Our fully trained and experienced instructors work with real people - you - and together we achieve incredible results. We have classes suitable for everyone, whether you are recovering from an injury, training for a triathlon or want to stand taller and feel better.

Pilates

Joseph Pilates was a genius who looked at exercise in a totally new way. He designed exercises that help everyone move better and improve their performance. Pilates exercises begin with the muscles deep in your core that support your spine, hips and shoulders. From there, they progress to challenge your balance, strength and co-ordination in ways that your body can remember after you leave the studio, so that you move better and improve your posture in your daily life. Pilates has proven itself with everyone from the injured to top athletes. Millions of people around the world practise Pilates every day - because it really works.

Spinning®

Spinning® is the cardio workout you've been looking for!

There's all the fun of riding with friends, but no fancy moves to learn or worries about keeping up. You ride entirely at your own pace with music to make you want to pedal! It's low impact, making it easy on the joints and ideal if you want to lose a few pounds. At BodyFitCairo, our instructors will help you to understand how to train effectively, using the same techniques used by top athletes. We're an official Spinning® Center, and the only studio in Cairo to have SPIN computers available. Why not try? Your first ride with us is free!

Our Studio is located at CSA, No 4, Road 21, Ma'adi. Why not visit us and see how we can help you to put the fun into fitness? We don't have expensive memberships: you only pay for the classes that you take. For Pilates, we have a unique system of course bookings that lets you work with a group on the same level as you. Please contact us for more details. Our normal reception hours are 8am - 3pm Sun - Thurs, and 6:30pm - 8pm Sunday and Tuesday. We hope to see you soon!
